The company started in the 1940's as Day-York Distributors founded by Dick Day. He was joined by Macey Hyde.

Mar-Hy started carrying the RUUD, (the best brand of gas furnaces and HVAC equipment) line in July 1985. This is our major equipment line today.

Mar-Hy services Oregon and SW Washington territory. We have expanded our inventory to include ancillary items such as flex duct and metal products – most components and parts.

The key focus of the Territory Manager is to provide support to the HVAC Contractor base within the prescribed region. This is accomplished through regular on-going contact with Local HVAC contractor and by building solid working relationships.

Administrative Support Department answers contractor inquiries every day. From billing questions to issues related to new contracts, our Administrative department has to be prepared for anything and everything.

The DSC and Prostock parts department are responsible for providing technical support for HVAC contractors. Technical Support and Parts are an integral part of the Mar-Hy Distributors team and are assigned to support a wide range of RUUD HVAC products and many HVAC parts requirements.
